You recently received a FedX package containing a fraudulent check as part of a scam. Unfortunately, an unauthorized individual shipped packages using the FedX account of Thomas H. Roberts & Associates, P.C., a civil rights and litigation law firm based in Richmond, Virginia. That law firm has worked hard to earn a good reputation and we want you to understand that the law firm Thomas H. Roberts & Associates, P.C. had nothing whatsoever to do with the packages sent to you. Upon learning of the scam, the law firm immediately notified FedX as well as the United States Secret Service.
