Cox Defamation Legal Defense
Nathan Cox has been an outspoken advocate of citizen’s rights and responsible government with vocal criticism of a growing police state and excessive or abusive police actions. Not surprisingly, many would like to silence Cox.

Mr. Cox successfully defended a lawsuit filed against him alleging defamation by a Virginia State Trooper related to a traffic stop on May 26, 2012. However, a new suit arising from the same incident has been filed by the Virginia State Trooper against Mr. Cox.
